In June, we broke ground on the Konstanta Karlín residential project on Kollárova Street in Prague 8. Construction and apartment sales are in full swing, and the project is attracting enormous interest — to date, more than half of the apartments have already found their owners.
The main phase of construction was launched in September 2025. According to the schedule, the shell construction will be completed in April 2027, with the final building approval planned for December of the same year. New residents will be able to move into their homes in spring 2028. The development of this exceptional project is a collaboration between developer CASPYAN, architectural studio Karlínblok, and general contractor Arch Construct. IKONIX is the exclusive sales agent.
