The KONSTANTA multifunctional building is being built with the intention of offering more than just quality urban living. It wants to be a certainty in time, a stable support in everyday life and a space that honours lasting values. In a time of rapid change, KONSTANTA is a house with a solid character, designed to endure into the future.
Local businesses such as Eska, My Cup of Coffee, Garage Karlín, Dva kohouti, Nejen Bistro and a wide selection of other restaurants and businesses of all kinds make Karlín not only a cultural and social hub, but also a place sought after by fans of modern dining and café culture.
The project is located in an attractive part of Prague 8 – Karlín, right next to Karlín Square, which forms the natural centre of this popular urban district. The square is surrounded by a park with mature trees and the Church of St. Cyril and Methodius, which is the venue for cultural and community events throughout the year. Within walking distance is the Forum Karlín, a world-class cultural and event hall, or Karlín Musical Theatre.
Karlín is distinguished by its excellent civic amenities, making it one of the most comfortable locations for city life. Within walking distance you will find schools of all grades, medical clinics, pharmacies, a post office and a wide range of shops and services. There is also a diverse network of cafes, restaurants, bakeries and local businesses that add to the distinctive character of the neighbourhood. Everything you need for everyday life is literally around the corner.
Karlín is an ideal urban district for those who want to live actively and to the fullest. In close proximity there is the Vltava riverbank, cycle paths and the Rohanský ostrov – ideal for running, cycling or quiet walks. The district offers a wide range of options to keep moving: from modern fitness centres to yoga studios to outdoor community sports events. An active lifestyle is not just an option here, but a natural part of everyday life.
We want our projects to be more than just buildings, we want them to become special places that people will visit and will want to live or work.
Places that will attract people with their atmosphere.
Places that will be an answer, not a question.
Places that will bring joy.
