The floor area of the unit is the floor area of all rooms within the meaning of Government Regulation No. 366/2013 Coll., i.e. including all vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures inside the apartment, such as walls, columns, pillars, chimneys and similar vertical structures. The floor area includes the area of balconies, loggias, grassed terraces, front gardens, etc., storerooms or cellars.
*Price includes VAT. For selected units, it is not possible to purchase a cellar and/or garage parking. For some units, the basement and garage parking are pre-reserved and their purchase is optional. For other units, the purchase of a basement and/or garage parking is optional.

If you are interested in the property, we offer the option of a temporary reservation to give you time to carefully consider your decision to buy. During this period, we will prepare a draft reservation agreement for you.
The signing of the reservation contract is associated with the payment of a reservation fee of CZK 250,000, which is payable within 5 days of its conclusion. This amount is included in the purchase price.
When signing the contract of future sale and purchase, 20% of the purchase price must be paid within 10 days of signing.
The remaining 80% of the purchase price is paid only after the completion of construction and the issuance of the occupancy approval. We will then sign the purchase agreement.
