The project builds on the transformation of the former power plant and workshops of František Křižík, bringing a new residential function to Karlín while respecting its industrial heritage. The new building is divided into two parts, with a pedestrian passage connecting Kollárova Street to the inner courtyard garden. It combines housing with office and commercial spaces, contributing to a vibrant urban block.
